What is babywearing and why is it important? TOP

Babywearing is carrying your baby or toddler in a baby carrier...essentially, wearing babies. Babywearing has been around for thousands of years in many different cultures.
Today, parents and other family members wear babies for a variety of benefits, including calming fussy babies, giving babies a sense of security, and allowing parents to have hands free.

How do I use my baby carrier? TOP

The baby carriers sold by Heavenly Hold offer many carrying positions. Carriers either come with an instructional DVD or with printed instructions. You can also locate carry styles on our site for certain carriers.

When will I get my carrier? TOP

We ship orders using US Priority Mail. Most in stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. In some cases, a carrier may come directly from a manufacturer, with shipment within 2 business days.

This is a gift. Can I ship it to the recipient? TOP

Absolutely! Just provide that information during the checkout process when completing the shipping information.

What is your Privacy Policy? TOP

Heavenly Hold is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information with anyone, including name, address, email address and payment information. We will use this information only to contact you about your purchase.

Can I make a purchase with my credit card safely? TOP

Yes! We use Paypal, an encrypted, third party credit card processor, which ensures we never see your credit card information.

Do you charge sales tax? TOP

Only if you live in Georgia! If you live in the Peach State, you'll be charged 6% sales tax.

What is your Return Policy? TOP

We understand that not everyone is a babywearing expert from the start. If you need help wearing your baby or have questions, please email our Babywearing Specialist for troubleshooting your problems.
