We process all VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express purchases through Paypal, a secure, third-party processor. We never have access to your credit card information, ensuring that your privacy is completely protected. You can also use Paypal to pay with a debit card, electronic check, or directly through your checking account!

All purchases shipped to a Georgia address will have 6% sales tax added to the final total.

In stock purchases usually ship within 24 hours, while orders coming directly from a manufacturer may take up to 2-3 business days to ship. We ship orders via US Priority Mail to ensure the quickest delivery possible. 

We are happy to ship gift purchases directly to the recipient. Simply supply the recipient's shipping information at checkout! We do not ship internationally at this time.

We understand that not everyone is a babywearing expert from the start. If you need help with your carrier or have questions, please contact our Babywearing Specialist.

If you are unsatisfied with your baby sling or carrier, please return it to us within thirty days for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee.
